My experience included access to the pool daily. It was a hit. Breakfast was very enjoyable, especially the pancake machine. The reception personnel demonstrated helpfulness. They were very efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the on-site parking. It cost £24 for 24 hours.
The receptionist initially presented a room that differed from my reservation. It required some time for them to resolve this discrepancy and provide the correct executive room.

the duvet covers were slightly too big for the duvets , a minor inconvenience.

i found a small area of dust under the bed, though the room was generally clean.

The staff took good care of us . Aaliya greeted us at breakfast and was friendly to my children. The breakfast buffet had many choices, I thought, though the bar was very busy. The room had a good size with a fridge and a very good sized bathroom. I found this excellent.
